Refund Policy
Last updated: 22 August 2026
We hope you are delighted with everything you order from DERVON. If a purchase is not quite what you were after, this policy explains how to send it back and how we will put things right.
1. Your 14-Day Cancellation Right
As a consumer, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. Once you have told us you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to send the items back to us.
2. Condition of Returned Goods
To be eligible for a full refund, items should be returned unused and in their original packaging wherever possible. You may of course inspect an item as you would in a shop, but goods that show handling beyond that may have their refund adjusted to reflect any loss in value.
3. How to Start a Return
Starting a return is simple. Email us at contact@dervon.com with your order number and a quick note of what you would like to return. We will reply with the return address and everything you need to get your parcel on its way.
4. Return Postage
Unless an item is faulty or was sent in error, the cost of returning it is yours to cover. We would always suggest a tracked service, as the parcel remains your responsibility until it safely reaches us.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or simply is not what you ordered, please get in touch straight away — a photograph attached to your email helps us sort it out at once. In these cases we will cover the cost of the return and send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
6. How Your Refund Is Paid
Once we have received and checked your returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. This includes the standard delivery cost of your original order, though not any premium upgrade you may have chosen.
Need to arrange a return or have a question about a refund? Email contact@dervon.com and we will be happy to help.
7. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Some goods are exempt for reasons of hygiene or practicality — for example, sealed personal-care items that have been opened after delivery. Where an exemption applies, it will be made clear on the product page. This does not affect your rights should such an item prove faulty.
