Welcome to DERVON. These terms set out the rules for using our website and for buying from us. By browsing dervon.com or placing an order, you agree to what follows, so please have a read before you check out.

1. About These Terms

These terms apply to every visitor and customer of DERVON. They cover how you may use the site, how orders are formed, and the responsibilities on both sides. If there is anything here you are unsure about, do drop us a line before ordering.

2. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the goods in your basket. We will send an email confirming we have received it, but a binding contract is only formed once we dispatch the goods to you. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for instance where an item is out of stock or a pricing error has slipped through — and if we do, any payment taken will be refunded in full.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include VAT where it applies. We do our best to keep every price accurate, but should an obvious error appear, we will let you know before your order is processed and give you the choice to carry on or cancel. Payment is taken at the point of ordering through our secure providers.

4. Delivery

We ship across the United Kingdom and much of Europe. Estimated delivery times and costs are set out in full on our Shipping & Payment page. While we work hard to keep to these windows, they are estimates rather than guarantees, as the final leg is handled by third-party carriers.

5. Your Right to Cancel

If you are shopping as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without needing to give a reason. Full details of how this works are on our Withdrawal & Cancellation page. Certain items, such as sealed goods unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons, may be exempt.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If something is not right, our Refund Policy explains how to return an item and how your refund will be handled. Goods should be returned in a resaleable condition wherever possible.

7. Using Our Website

You agree to use dervon.com only for lawful purposes and not in any way that could damage the site, disrupt its use by others, or infringe the rights of anyone else. We may suspend or withdraw access to the site at any time if we reasonably need to.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, layout and graphics — belongs to DERVON or is used with permission. You are welcome to browse and enjoy it, but you may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

9. Our Liability

We take great care over our products and our service, but we do not exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, which always stand alongside anything written here.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you habitually reside.
